Investment Support Specialist

Madison Wagner started her path in finance because she was raised, and understood at an early age, the ideology of financial independence. She wants to continue this approach in her adult life by learning and advancing her understanding of financial stability.

Madison is a key point of contact for our clients’ service needs. Whether preparing forms, navigating account updates, or answering day-to-day questions, clients know they can count on her for timely, thoughtful support. She also facilitates account setups and helps implement investment recommendations, working closely with Schwab and various internal departments to keep processes running smoothly. Madison is always looking for ways to improve and enhance the client experience.

Madison graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts in digital art. She comes to Worley Erhart-Graves with experience in office management in the insurance industry and IT management.

Madison enjoys working on her different art projects. When she is not crocheting or drawing, she is out enjoying nature with her dog. She is also a collector of sweater vests; she’s even made some of them! Currently she is the proud owner of over 17 sweater vests.
